About The Position

Join RoyalX, a division of DominionX, as a Full-Time Construction Superintendent – Roofing & Siding and lead multi-family exterior construction projects in Richmond and Northern Virginia. This role is responsible for overseeing roofing, siding, and other exterior projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company and client standards.

Requirements

Strong project management and leadership skills
In-depth knowledge of roofing systems and exterior construction
Experience supervising multi-family and/or commercial construction projects
Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain high standards of quality and safety
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with project management software and construction documentation
Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions
3 years experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise roofing, siding, and exterior construction projects
Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and onsite labor teams
Ensure projects meet specifications, deadlines, and quality standards
Conduct regular site inspections and final project walkthroughs
Monitor compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company policies
Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers
Identify and resolve construction issues quickly and effectively
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, daily logs, and reports
Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders
Promote a strong culture of safety through training and jobsite enforcement
