At least 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Manage overall field operations.
Create and manage the project schedule.
Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications.
Establish budgets and control costs.
Identify causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances.
Identify project risks and work to mitigate them.
Communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors.
Conduct systematic quality control inspections.
Follow the company safety program, applicable laws, and OSHA operating standards.
Manage jobsite cleanliness.
Prepare daily time cards for personnel under supervision.
Prepare daily logs.
