Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Storm Water Field Lead to join their construction stormwater team. This role is responsible for construction support activities including field training, construction stormwater permitting, compliance, inspections, reporting, and technical support for developers and/or contractors with the implementation of site Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Decommissioning Plans, and Spill Pollution Prevention Plans. The position will involve both office and field duties, supporting renewable energy development markets. Frequent travel within the United States (2-3 nights at a time) is expected, with potential for longer-term travel lasting a few weeks. The role focuses on risk reduction, constructability, and field-based judgment, covering NPDES construction stormwater permitting, SWPPP implementation, BMP performance, soil management, reclamation, and final stabilization. The Specialist will act as a liaison between design intent, permit requirements, active construction, and post-construction land use, including agricultural reuse and site reclamation.
