About The Position

Responsibilities

Performs work related to construction, installation, and repair of buildings, grounds, and associated systems, including utilities, excavation, masonry, framing, roofing, finishes, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Examines and comprehends blueprints to determine required dimensional layouts for buildings and building systems.
Performs tasks such as measuring, cutting, forming, fastening, framing, welding, tuck-pointing, drywall and concrete finishing, painting and staining, wiring, soldering, and threading.
Performs operation of equipment such as telescoping forklifts, backhoes, trenchers, skid steers, augers, and man lifts.
