About The Position

Seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead industrial, agricultural, or food processing construction projects from site mobilization through equipment installation, startup, and closeout. The role requires full-time travel and temporary relocation to project sites across the United States.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years in a superintendent or field leadership role.
• Experience in industrial, agricultural, grain, milling, or food processing construction.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification, First Aid/CPR, and applicable competent-person training.
• Willingness to travel full-time and temporarily relocate to project sites across the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Greenfield construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, trade foremen, and site activities.
• Manage project schedules, site logistics, safety, and quality.
• Oversee civil, concrete, structural, millwright, and process equipment installation.
• Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and maintain daily project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements.
