About The Position

We are hiring for a Construction Site Cleaning position in the Lansing and Greater Lansing areas. This role is part of our Special Projects Crew and offers a consistent schedule with opportunities for advancement and training. No prior janitorial experience is required. Requirements

Valid driver's license
Clear driving history
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to pass background check
Reliable transportation
Ability to bend, lift, pull, push and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds, as well as using stairs/elevators, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

No janitorial experience required

Responsibilities

Sanitizing touch points
Shouldering a backpack vacuum weighing 25+lbs
Emptying trash receptacles
Mopping
Cleaning bathrooms, counter tops, desk areas
Dusting
Detailing entry ways, work spaces and common areas as needed
Spot cleaning glass windows/structures
Other janitorial duties as requested by the management team
