About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Services Coordinator to join our team! This role is responsible for coordinating bidding, estimating, scheduling, vendor management, contract administration, budgeting, and documentation while ensuring all renovations meet company standards and Florida Building Codes. The ideal candidate will have strong construction administration experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, contractors, and deadlines simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Strong construction administration experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, contractors, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in construction management software
  • Experience in estimating
  • Experience in invoicing
  • Experience in procurement
  • Experience in vendor coordination
  • At least five years of experience in construction, remodeling, or related industries
