The ideal candidate will have strong construction administration experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, contractors, and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software is required, along with experience in estimating, invoicing, procurement, and vendor coordination. Candidates should possess at least five years of experience in construction, remodeling, or related industries, with office management experience preferred. A proactive, team-oriented attitude and exceptional customer service skills are essential.
