About The Position

Team CBH is growing! We are looking for a positive and professional Construction Services Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys helping people, has a positive perspective, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Join an amazing team that works with superintendents and trade partners to build dreams daily. This is a full-time position based out of CBH Homes’ headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, available now. The role will transition to our new headquarters in Caldwell, Idaho in 2027.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to manage a variety of calls and/or emails daily
  • Perform various clerical and operational tasks

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with superintendents & trade partners to ensure jobs are kept on schedule
  • Review and publish bids
  • Issue purchase orders
  • Create and publish job schedules
  • Onboard new trade partners
  • Answer phone calls or emails from trade partners and superintendents
  • Support construction with administrative and operational duties
  • Complete permit applications for all cities
  • Check requests and permit status tracking
  • Building plan Check In
