The Construction Scheduling Manager will be versed in the various project controls best practices and supports project teams in development/control of schedules, performance tracking, procurement monitoring, document control, and implementation of various construction technologies. Specific duties include developing schedules on various size/complexity projects, facilitating collaborative preconstruction planning sessions, analyzing contract terms for schedule adherence, approving and monitoring project baselines, overseeing schedule development/maintenance, traveling to project sites for monthly schedule updates, monitoring construction progress and data entry for project performance updates, analyzing and reporting production statistics, providing monthly schedule summary analysis of Project Portfolio to Management, assisting with procurement monitoring and expediting, coordinating schedules and models with the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) department, creating visual references using schedule data, supporting Business Development & Marketing with proposal materials, supporting and training on-site construction teams on construction technology applications, continuously improving project administrative processes, developing and delivering specialized training, working with the Project Controls & Analytics team on process improvement, working with the IT team for software/hardware needs, and working with the Estimating and Preconstruction team to develop preliminary schedules.
