About The Position
Skillforce has teamed up with one of the leading commercial fence companies to find a Construction Scheduler to work on commercial fence projects out of their Chantilly, VA office. This is a full-time position with this company.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of experience in construction, preferably scheduling
- Must have an understanding of the scope of work regarding commercial fencing projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to other computer software
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Maintain schedule spreadsheet
- Contact customer to coordinate installation timing
- Answer incoming calls related to scheduling
- Coordinate between sales and installation on scheduling and relevant job related information and paperwork
- Track job progress for coordination with billing
