About The Position

Dabri is a full-service provider of Program and Project Management Services throughout California. We specialize in overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects and ensuring their successful execution. Our team works closely with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently and effectively. We are seeking an Enabling Project Manager to oversee and manage the implementation of the "Airfield and Terminal Modernization Project" (ATMP) at Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA). This role involves coordinating with local authorities, including the City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles World Airports, County Public Works, Caltrans, and other utility service providers. The goal is to facilitate the various initiatives and tasks necessary to ensure the projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable standards.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of scheduling experience
Extensive experience in heavy civil, horizontal, and vertical construction projects
Experience representing an owner on large, complex capital programs
Demonstrated experience with multi-project, interdependent program scheduling
Proven forensic scheduling experience on projects $200M+ and 3+ years duration
Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling principles and methodologies
Experience with design-bid-build, design-build, and/or public-private partnership delivery
Ability to analyze complex construction programs and communicate findings clearly
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
US work authorization required (no sponsorship available)
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to provide professional references

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
PMP, PSP, or PMI-SP certification preferred
Aviation and large transportation infrastructure projects highly desirable
Experience in probabilistic scheduling and schedule risk analysis
Experience developing dashboards and performance reporting tools
Strong background in claims analysis and dispute support
Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated program schedules for multiple interdependent projects
Review design and contractor schedule submittits for compliance with contract requirements
Ensure proper sequencing, logic ties, WBS structure, and critical path integrity
Support owner “master schedule” development across large capital programs
Perform independent schedule analysis for owner review and decision-making
Identify schedule risks, deviations, and critical path impacts
Evaluate contractor baseline schedules and monthly updates
Maintain accurate as-built and progress tracking schedules
Conduct forensic schedule analysis for delay claims and time impact analysis (TIA)
Evaluate entitlement, disruption, acceleration, and recovery scenarios
Assess contractor claims in accordance with contract documents and industry standards
Support negotiation of claims, change orders, and dispute resolution
Apply accepted industry methodologies including AACE RP 29 Forensic Schedule Analysis
Facilitate coordination of interface issues across multiple projects and disciplines
Attend project and program meetings to support schedule decision-making
Identify schedule mitigation strategies and recovery options
Provide recommendations for risk reduction and schedule improvement
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefing materials for management
Develop dashboards and graphical reporting tools to communicate schedule performance
Present findings clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Communicate schedule risks, trends, and forecast impacts to leadership
