About The Position

We are seeking an Outside Construction Salesperson specializing in Sprayfoam Insulation. This role involves developing and implementing territory business plans, maintaining customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and promoting our EnergyGuard Foam Insulation products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insulation products and the construction industry, with experience selling through distribution and/or directly to contractors.

Requirements

5 years of experience within the construction industry
Experience selling products through distribution and/or directly to contractors
Capacity to handle pressure on a daily basis
Effective time management and organizational skills
Eagerness to work in a collaborative team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a territory business plan that supports corporate objectives.
Maintain regular contact with all major end-users and provide services required.
Maintain an up-to-date process competitor analysis and monitor sales, prices, and products of competitors.
Specify products for construction activity.
Analyze market and sales statistics.
Demonstrate use/installation of EnergyGuard Foam Insulation products.
Seek out new customers that will not conflict with business plans developed with existing customers.
Serve as a liaison between the customer and corporate office.
Perform all administrative functions in a timely manner.
Monitor health and safety concerns and provide NAIMA information when appropriate.
Understand, explain, and promote EnergyGuard Foam Insulators’ Service Guidelines to customers.
Know all fiber glass and competitive insulation products for thermal or acoustical applications sold within the territory.
