About The Position

The Construction Quality Assurance Technician performs field and laboratory testing and supports testing and consulting services for the built environment. Services may include property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and the design of repairs to existing structures and other facilities-related work. The technician interacts with senior staff on a variety of projects as needed, demonstrates responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation, and promotes a safe workplace through proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Suitable transportation for job sites is required; mileage is reimbursed. ECS Group of Companies is an employee-owned consulting firm founded in 1988. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Two years of related building enclosure field inspection experience is preferred.
Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites; mileage will be reimbursed.

Nice To Haves

Associate or technology degree in Civil Engineering or architectural engineering.
Professional certifications such as WACEL, ACI, and/or AWCI.
Two years of related building enclosure field inspection experience.

Responsibilities
