About The Position
AMLI Development Company has an opening for a Construction Punch for pre-closing punch work at one of our new construction developments in Denver. Candidates must have the necessary skills and tools to perform all different aspects of the construction phase, including but not limited to: Light finish carpentry, Adjustment of cabinet doors, Adjustment of interior/exterior doors, Drywall repair, Tile repair, Caulking, Window adjustments and replacement, Painting.
Requirements
- Maintenance and Repair experience
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in construction is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform light finish carpentry.
- Adjust cabinet doors.
- Adjust interior/exterior doors.
- Perform drywall repair.
- Perform tile repair.
- Perform caulking.
- Adjust and replace windows.
- Perform painting.
