About The Position

Seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Owner's Representative) to support a large-scale Data Center Program in Lebanon, Indiana. This individual will be responsible for managing onsite construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities while coordinating across multiple prime contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate can operate with an owner's mindset, excel in stakeholder management, and bring deep expertise within a construction discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Concrete, or Exterior Works. This is an opportunity to support the delivery of a large-scale mission-critical campus while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of construction management experience supporting large-scale capital projects.
  • Experience supporting critical facilities, mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure, healthcare, manufacturing, or data center projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-prime construction environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate from an owner's representative perspective and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Deep technical expertise in at least one of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Concrete, Exterior Works
  • Ability to work onsite in Lebanon, Indiana.

Responsibilities

  • Manage onsite construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.
  • Serve as an owner's representative supporting project delivery across multiple project phases and buildings.
  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, QA/QC teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Support the Lead Construction Manager with contractor, designer, consultant, and vendor management.
  • Drive alignment across multiple prime contractors in a complex construction environment.
  • Monitor project progress and identify schedule, quality, safety, and execution risks.
  • Support construction planning, sequencing, and execution of work packages.
  • Assist with project scheduling activities in partnership with Project Controls and Scheduling teams.
  • Manage schedule risks and support predictable project delivery.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on cost management, schedule impacts, and project changes.
  • Perform site walks, progress reviews, turnover inspections, and work-in-place validations.
  • Support capital forecasting, budgeting activities, and ROM estimate development.
  • Prepare and communicate project updates related to schedule, cost, quality, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate coordination between contractors, consultants, vendors, and operational stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
