Construction Project Manager
About The Position
RQ Construction, LLC. is a leading Design-Build company with a national and international presence, specializing in commercial and governmental projects, particularly for the Department of Defense. We are seeking a Construction Project Manager (PM) to join our Field Operations team. The PM will be responsible for leading all aspects and phases of a project from conceptual design to final completion, aligning with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. This role requires U.S. citizenship due to base access requirements and may involve relocation or travel to on-site project management locations in Jacksonville, Florida, and surrounding areas. Local candidates will be considered.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship required due to base access requirements.
- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience and training.
- Two (2) or more years' experience or equivalent in commercial project management.
- Six (6) or more years or equivalent work experience as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager (or equivalent) in the construction industry.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office - esp. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.).
- CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications required (training can be provided).
Nice To Haves
- Work experience in the design-build industry.
- Specific software literacy (Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, Revit).
- STS certification.
- LEED GA Credential or AP/AP+.
