AECOM Hunt has an exciting high-rise hospitality project in Northern California! Core and shell experience and hotel/hospitality experience a plus!! This position assists the Project Management team with management administration on a moderate size and scope project, or a portion of a large size and scope project, following set guidelines for completion of tasks. The role executes construction assignments in accordance with standard practices, instructions, or previous training, and the employee handles situations independently. The role works with the BIM team and use modelling software, and collaborates with Superintendents to address project questions/issues. Responsibilities include assisting with and monitoring change orders, and assisting with construction compliance, site safety and financial reporting. The role also involves working with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate, and attending meetings to report on project tasks as needed.
