About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a hands-on Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in carpentry, remodeling, roofing, framing, or skilled trades who are ready to step into a leadership position. The company helps homeowners and businesses rebuild after property damage from fire, water, storms, and other disasters. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, coordinating crews and materials, ensuring projects stay on schedule and budget, and maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Background in carpentry, construction, remodeling, restoration, roofing, or skilled trades
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Organized, driven, and solution-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience on jobsites or managing crews preferred
• Experience reading estimates, scopes, or blueprints is a plus
• Restoration industry experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and materials
• Perform site visits and ensure projects stay on schedule and budget
• Communicate with customers throughout the reconstruction process
• Review scopes of work and ensure quality workmanship
• Monitor job progress, documentation, and project profitability
• Problem solve in real time and keep projects moving forward
• Deliver a high-level customer experience during difficult situations
