Requirements

Minimum 2 or more years of experience in construction management or a related field.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Resourceful and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must have a positive attitude and enjoy teamwork

Experience with construction management software (e.g., HCSS, Procore) is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply, but not required

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
Schedule and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
Order materials and equipment for projects as required.
Communicate with project superintendents to ensure smooth execution on-site.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
Monitor budgets, track expenses, and provide reports to senior management.
Leverage HCSS, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage project details and documentation.
