About The Position
Leader of the project management team. Responsible for the execution of projects through all phases of construction. Ensure project success through leadership, expertise and excellence in: Estimating Planning and scheduling Management of subcontractors and vendors Communication with all members of the project team Quick and appropriate response to issues that may arise Timely turnover of a properly constructed project Timely project closeout Complete customer satisfaction Customer follow up Project profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor ’ s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or relevant experience in lieu of education.
- Minimum of (5) years ’ experience in a construction related field
