About The Position

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of assigned construction projects to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budgetary constraints. This role involves managing Greenfield and Brownfield topside construction projects, developing man-hours, duration, and manning forecasts for offshore construction projects, and participating in Constructability Reviews. The position requires interpreting Isometrics, Structural, and P&ID Drawings, developing or managing work pack development, and formulating delivery schedules using Microsoft Project or P6. Additionally, the role involves preparing cost estimates and budgets, interfacing and communicating with clients, and managing personnel and subcontractors' performance regarding safety and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing Greenfield and Brownfield topside construction projects
• Offshore experience on Topside Construction Projects is preferred
• Project Management skills
• Knowledge and understanding of Offshore Topside installation/construction work
• Experience in Fabrication
• Ability to plan, manage, coordinate, and execute Topside construction projects
• Ability to develop work packs and/or manage work pack development
• Experience with the formulation of a Delivery Schedule utilizing Microsoft Project or P6
• Familiar with Customer Specifications and Standards
• Good communicator
• Great work ethic
• Willingness to travel internationally and to offshore worksites, when required
