About The Position

The Project Manager leads assigned construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role oversees project coordination, team performance, and client relationships.

Requirements

  • Construction Management degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years of Project Manager experience in construction
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Manage client and design team relationships
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Oversee contracts, subcontracts, and procurement
  • Review submittals, estimates, and project costs
  • Handle billing, payments, and cost tracking
  • Ensure compliance with permits, testing, and documentation
  • Lead project meetings and maintain project records
  • Supervise and support project team members
