We manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects resulting from water, fire, and mold damage. As a Project Manager, you'll own your projects from the time they're estimated. You'll be setting budgets, writing work orders, selecting and managing subcontractors, and inspecting work in the field to make sure it gets done right and on schedule. What you'll actually do: Take ownership of projects once they've been estimated and sold Occasionally support the estimator during the sales process Identify and sell upgrades to homeowners during the reconstruction process Build and manage project budgets; communicate scope and cost clearly with homeowners and insurance parties Write and issue work orders based on scope of damage and required repairs Select subcontractors and hold them accountable to quality, schedule, and budget Spend significant time in the field inspecting work at each stage Coordinate with homeowners throughout the process.
