About The Position

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for executing the delivery of CleanSpark’s AI data center campuses, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role is accountable for driving construction execution at the site level while aligning with standardized designs, schedules, and delivery frameworks. The Construction Project Manager works closely with engineering, design, and program leadership to translate project plans into successful field execution across multiple sites.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish
  • Experience in data center, mission-critical, industrial, or infrastructure construction environments
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, budgets, and schedules in complex project environments
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day construction execution for AI data center projects, ensuring alignment with program schedules, budgets, and delivery milestones
  • Manage and coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain progress and resolve issues in real time
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with building codes, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
  • Partner with design and engineering teams to ensure construction aligns with Basis of Design (BoD) and identify constructability challenges early
  • Support implementation of standardized construction and delivery practices across multiple sites
  • Manage contractor performance, including scope adherence, schedule execution, and quality of work
  • Participate in contract execution, change order management, and commercial discussions with subcontractors and vendors
  • Track project schedules and budgets, identify risks to delivery, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Oversee quality control, inspections, and commissioning readiness to ensure projects meet company and industry standards
  • Provide regular project updates to PMO leadership and coordinate across internal stakeholders including development, design, and operations teams
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts to support scalable, repeatable project delivery
