Requirements
- Proficient with Xactimate estimating software is preferred
- Effective written and oral communication with customers and company
- Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
- Ability to control cost without sacrificing quality
- Through knowledge of building and construction including materials and methods needed to complete projects
- Ability to manage all subcontractors
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction services.
- Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
- Daily review of all jobs with management
- Review and sign off on all work completed by subcontractors
- Identify and document project scope of work
- Maintain customer and client communications
- Review estimates, job scope with customers and insurance representative to obtain approval
- Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
- Ensure proper permits are acquired
- Create project schedule, timeline, and budget
- Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
- Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients
