Requirements
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong knowledge of estimating, procurement, contracts, and scheduling
- Experience leading subcontractor and vendor coordination
- Ability to manage budgets, costs, and reporting effectively
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery from handoff through closeout
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff
- Lead estimating, bid procurement, and project buyout activities
- Manage contracts, RFIs, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project schedules and forecasts
- Review and process submittments, shop drawings, and related documentation
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and quality standards
- Prepare and present reporting, including forecast at completion
- Ensure smooth and timely project closeout processes
