About The Position

The Construction Project Manager will deliver data center facilities across the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting through design, construction, start-up, commissioning, and final handover. The role manages multiple projects concurrently, including greenfield builds and major phased expansions, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to company design standards. The position reports to the Director of Construction and is remote, with travel of approximately 50–60% across regions and work at active construction sites. The role coordinates architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and OEMs; leads RFP, bid evaluation, negotiation, buyout, and contractor selection; and manages budgets, change orders, schedules, and Procore reporting. It also works alongside EHS to promote safe construction sites and ensures facilities are handed over cleanly to facility operations. Success means projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations; stakeholders are informed of risks early; and operations receive facilities ready to run.
