Reporting to the Department or Location Manager, the Construction Project Manager is a key member of our team. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing projects from start to finish. The person in this role will plan, coordinate, and execute projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. The Construction Project Manager will work closely with customers, contractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in project management or 3 years of experience managing opportunity pipelines and vendor relationships
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in MS Office, intermediate Excel usage, and the ability to collaborate with technical resources
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
  • Ability to work well cross-functionally and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to see, talk and hear
  • Ability to sit for 8 hours a day

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years’ experience managing opportunity pipeline and vendor relationships
  • Knowledge of Solar Eclipse software, Smartsheets, SharePoint

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
  • Meet with customers to understand their requirements and ensure proper execution of projects
  • Manage large scale material scheduling and delivery projects with multiple contractors and suppliers
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and bid documents to perform material takeoffs
  • Select appropriate products and quantities to meet project specifications and evaluate alternative solutions
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
