About The Position

Stonecast is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate architectural precast projects from kickoff through delivery. The role serves as the central point of coordination among clients, consultants, engineers, production, and internal teams, aligning schedules, drawings, decisions, and deliveries. The position is suited to someone with experience in architectural precast, general contracting, or manufacturing project management who can lead projects, communicate effectively, anticipate problems, and support client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects after award, including schedules, submittals, repairs, and delivery dates.
• Lead communications with clients and consultants as the primary point of contact.
• Oversee design management and ensure the accuracy and quality of shop drawings and piece details.
• Track project progress and ensure steps and deadlines are not missed.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and mock-up approvals.
• Coordinate fabrication and erection logistics.
• Attend production meetings and promote schedule alignment across departments.
