About The Position

Oversee construction projects, including building renovations, MEP system replacements, elevator and roof replacements, paving projects, interior finish upgrades, and building envelope rehabilitation. Manage project schedules and budgets while coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. Conduct site visits, manage bid solicitations, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and cost-effectively. The role also involves leading customer communications and overseeing multiple construction projects from start to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or 48 months of related experience in lieu of the degree, for a total of 84 months' related experience.
• 36 months of building, electrical, and mechanical construction experience, or equivalent training and/or experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lead customer communications.
• Sharp problem-solving skills.
• Experience overseeing multiple construction projects from start to completion.
