About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager within the construction sector. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of project management experience, demonstrating strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of project management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or specialty contracting environments.
3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Successful candidates to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from inception through completion.
Coordinate and lead teams consisting of Modelers, Engineers, Technical Support staff, and other project resources.
Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast staffing needs and optimize resource allocation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Lead project meetings and maintain detailed meeting minutes and action items.
Prepare professional correspondence, project updates, transmittals, requests for information (RFIs), and follow-up communications.
Maintain accurate project documentation and communication records within company systems.
Identify and manage project scope, preventing scope creep and ensuring proper change order documentation.
Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate workload planning across multiple projects.
Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are achieved.
Review engineering deliverables and custom engineering packages for quality and accuracy.
Coordinate submittal responses and drawing revisions with project teams.
Support point load development, seismic bracing systems, equipment support systems, and other non-structural construction solutions.
Maintain working knowledge of applicable building codes, engineering standards, and industry best practices.
Track project materials, deliveries, and procurement activities.
Perform site visits, project inspections, and field coordination as needed.
Assist in troubleshooting construction and installation challenges.
Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.
Support ongoing training initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Maintain organized project files and document control procedures.
Accurately record daily project activities, time entries, and project notes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
