Construction Project Manager - Cincinnati
About The Position
Triversity Construction is expanding in the Cincinnati market and is seeking Project Managers to support commercial projects in healthcare, workplace, retail, and community sectors. This role is suitable for individuals with project management experience or those ready for increased responsibility and ownership. The Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction to completion, collaborating with clients, field teams, and leadership. Projects typically range from $3M to $10M, encompassing both renovations and ground-up construction, offering a dynamic environment without the complexities of large-scale developments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
- Experience managing or supporting full lifecycle construction projects.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and contracts.
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with healthcare, workplace, retail, or similar projects is a plus.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and day-to-day execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and partners.
- Oversee RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve issues early to keep projects on track.
- Partner with preconstruction on estimating and buyout.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
