Oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from authorization through completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline are met. Coordinate field operations across mitigation, demolition, trades, and reconstruction teams. Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, adjusters, TPAs, and internal stakeholders. Review and manage project budgets, change orders, and cost controls to protect gross profit. Ensure compliance with IICRC standards, safety protocols, and local/state regulations. Monitor project schedules and proactively resolve delays or resource constraints. Approve scopes, estimates, and supplements in collaboration with estimating and operations teams. Conduct site visits to verify quality, progress, and adherence to scope. Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling, performance, and payment approvals. Maintain accurate project documentation (photos, notes, contracts, invoices, close-out packages). Resolve issues and escalations related to quality, scope disputes, or customer concerns. Drive customer satisfaction and job profitability while supporting company growth objectives.
