Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in electrical construction with project management responsibility
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plans, and specifications
- Experience managing commercial and or industrial electrical projects
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, Bluebeam)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and contract documents
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute electrical construction projects from award to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and procurement strategies
- Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, inspectors, and vendors
- Oversee field supervision
- Review and manage project drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs
- Monitor job costs and manage change orders
- Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Manage material procurement, equipment scheduling, and vendor relationships
- Enforce safety programs
- Oversee project closeout
