About The Position

Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established and growing company that is known for restoring homes and businesses that were damaged from traumatic events such as a hurricane, fire, water leak, mold, etc. Our dedicated team of professionals work hard to be available and offer restoration services 24/7. We believe in serving our community members by providing relief during a time when they need it most.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
- High school or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Nice To Haves
- Insurance reconstruction experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Planning the reconstruction projects from start to finish and host team updates
- Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Conducting project walk-throughs with clients for quality checks
- Staying within timelines and budgets for residential and commercial reconstruction projects
- Monitoring customer satisfaction from initial contact to project completion
