About The Position

Triad Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their Construction Materials Testing team. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project or construction management preferred; relevant and extensive experience may be substituted for a degree
• 2+ years of relevant progressive experience
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications and material testing requirements
• Excellent written and verbal client communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Responsibilities

• Lead and follow all corporate and job site safety procedures
• Manage multiple construction materials testing projects and serve as the main point of contact with clients from initial stages of contract development, budget monitoring, invoicing and project close out
• Conduct frequent site visits to meet with field technicians, clients and contractor site representatives while developing solid relationships
• Review and approve daily field reports and ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete while mentoring field staff
• Work closely with Professional Engineers to establish and provide remedial recommendations when needed
• Prospect, develop and maintain client relationships
