About The Position

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for leading safety and quality initiatives at a site level, developing, reviewing, and managing owner contracts and subcontracts, and managing costs and scheduling labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors. This role requires constant communication with the owner/client about progress and conflict management, and involves traveling to the jobsite (minimum 50% required travel).

Requirements

  • Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30M
  • Exceptional customer and client relation skills
  • Knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring
  • Contract and subcontract development and management experience
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)

Nice To Haves

  • Financial forecasting experience (estimates to and at completion, cash, and cost flow)
  • A proven record of safety program management and implementation
  • Knowledge of Standard Word Instructions (SWIs), and controlling/implementing sitewide quality programs effectiveness
