Your Impact WNA seeking an experienced Project Manager to help lead and support construction projects across the markets we serve. This role ensures project success and client satisfaction, thriving in a collaborative and results driven environment. The Project Manager will work alongside project engineers and play a key role is advancing our mission and vision. This opportunity is available at our Pittsburgh office.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years experience managing construction projects in various markets (commercial, education, etc.) from start to finish
  • Effectively manage multiple construction projects in various phases and across disciplines
  • Strong understanding of how building systems are designed and ability to read construction documents
  • Strong understanding of project workflows, managing budgets, schedules and project documentation
  • Proven ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and cross-discipline teams
  • Proficiency in: Microsoft Office 365 and project management software
  • Demonstrates a high level of personal integrity, professionalism and self awareness
  • Possesses excellent collaboration, facilitation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Physical requirements: climb stairs and use a ladder as needed
  • Valid drivers license as driving to construction sites and light travel are required

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction, Engineering or related field preferred; PE, PMP or OSHA-30 a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong communication, manage expectations and ensure deliverables align with client goals
  • Schedule project kick-off with Principal in charge and provide weekly updates
  • Collaborate and coordinate across all disciplines daily
  • Monitor costs, manage time placed on phases and change orders
  • Create/strengthen current relationships with clients and external teams.
  • Reviews proposal, defines scope clearly and manages changes
  • Supports the Project Engineer to ensure drawings and submittals meet WNA, industry and client standards
  • Manages project coordination, meetings, schedules, and deadlines
  • Manages budgets, hours, and project invoicing
  • Oversees quality check and assurance reviews and deadlines
  • Coordinates changes with entire project team
  • Manages and completes all closeout documents
  • Communicates weekly with all project stakeholders and coordinate with all internal resources.
