Requirements

Proven experience as a Construction Manager.
Deep knowledge of building products, codes, and modern methods.
Ability to translate complex construction timelines into clear, understandable milestones for customers.
Strong crisis-resolution skills; ability to remain calm and communicate solutions during issues.
Ability to deconstruct complex, large-scale projects into manageable daily steps.
Proficiency in Excel and construction management software is required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time and on budget.
Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Manage projects through clear, defined stages, ensuring milestones are met, documented, and communicated to the client.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, providing regular updates on project status.
Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
