About The Position
As a nationally recognized leader in cleanup, restoration, and construction services, our SERVPRO team specializes in helping property owners recover from fire, water, mold, and storm damage. We are seeking a proactive Construction Project Manager to oversee reconstruction projects from the initial estimate through final completion, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential/commercial construction management experience
- Proficiency in Xactimate and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma/GED
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at varying heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Previous restoration or insurance repair experience is heavily preferred.
- IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, ASD) are a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of residential and commercial reconstruction projects to ensure on-time completion and budget adherence.
- Develop detailed scopes of work and prepare accurate estimates utilizing industry-standard software.
- Identify, recruit, schedule, and manage external contractors and internal crews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters, guiding them through the repair process.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, permit requirements, and safety regulations.
- Accurately document project milestones, contracts, change orders, and job site photos.
