About The Position

As a Construction Project Manager, you will receive a base salary plus bonuses based on profitability, with compensation varying by experience level. This role offers interaction with both commercial and residential property owners, collaboration with top subcontractors, and opportunities for growth into larger projects and potentially a Construction Manager role. BMS CAT provides a company vehicle or car allowance, gas card, toll tag or pass, laptop, smartphone, and all necessary tools. Requirements

• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience running residential or commercial construction projects
• Strong organizational skills
• Team-oriented
• Ability to communicate with property owners, both residential and commercial
• Experience working with both time and materials

Nice To Haves

• Xactimate estimating highly preferred
• Contractor’s license preferred
