The Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading construction projects from preconstruction and design coordination through bidding, construction, closeout, licensing, and final turnover. Projects primarily include assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, independent living, garden homes, senior communities, multifamily developments, medical facilities, and other residential-style commercial construction. Most projects are one- or two-story buildings utilizing wood-frame, slab-on-grade, and conventional commercial construction systems. The Construction Project Manager will manage the business, financial, contractual, and administrative aspects of assigned projects while partnering closely with the Project Superintendent, ownership, design professionals, consultants, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and facility operations teams. The successful candidate will be proactive, organized, financially disciplined, and capable of identifying risks and resolving problems before they affect project cost, schedule, quality, licensing, or occupancy.
