About The Position

Rock Solid Construction of the Carolinas is seeking a Project Manager for the Coastal District. This role is for an individual who excels at managing construction projects and identifying opportunities to increase the value of a job. Unlike other companies, Rock Solid Construction believes strong Project Managers should be rewarded for more than just keeping a job on schedule. Our Project Managers earn a 3% commission on sold jobs, upsells, and change orders, meaning that taking care of the customer, identifying additional opportunities, and helping grow the project directly contributes to growing the Project Manager's income. We are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of a job from start to finish, communicate with homeowners, coordinate subcontractors, solve problems in the field, protect the company's reputation, and recognize opportunities to improve or expand the customer's project. If you are organized, driven, good with people, understand construction, and have a sales mindset, this could be a great opportunity for you.
