Construction Project Manager
About The Position
Dewberry is seeking a Project Manager to work on projects in the greater NYC metropolitan area. The role requires prior construction inspection experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA, or NYC Public Agency projects, as well as Site Manager experience. The Project Manager will manage field staff and work collaboratively as part of a team. Preferred candidates have office engineering experience maintaining project documentation systems, preparing weekly reports and monthly estimates and change orders, and maintaining as-builts. Dewberry is a professional services firm with more than 60 locations and 2,500 professionals nationwide. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or engineering, and/or NICET IV Certification.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Prior construction inspection experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA, or NYC Public Agency projects.
- Site Manager experience.
- Excellent communication and client relations skills.
- Ability to manage field staff and work as a team player.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
