About The Position

Exp Federal is seeking a talented Construction Manager to add to our construction team in Tennessee. Exp Federal’s Construction Managers coordinate, schedule, and supervise construction projects from development to completion.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years construction experience
• Understands all facets of the construction process
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
• Proven work experience in US Government construction management
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

Nice To Haves

• QCM Trained
• OSHA 30 Hour trained
• Trade License (Electrician, Plumber, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite work to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate construction projects, including scheduling meetings and reviewing project documents as needed.
• Develop and implement QC plans, safety plans, and schedules.
• Apply the principles of UFGS 01 45 00.00 (Quality Control) and EM 385-1-1 Safety & Health Requirements.
• Develop dig permits, outage plans, etc. as needed to schedule the work with the end users.
