About The Position
We are looking for a Construction Manager to oversee new construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong construction experience and a talent for keeping projects moving efficiently. The ideal candidate will oversee project plans and construction implementation, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Responsibilities include monitoring construction progress, timelines, and quality, providing technical guidance to resolve construction challenges, supporting the design engineering phase, assisting with supplier and client negotiations, and providing weekly updates to the CEO and project team.
Requirements
- Solid background in construction
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Ability to travel as needed
