We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects on cellular towers, rooftops, generator installations, and more. As a CPM, you will be instrumental in maintaining safety standards, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations. Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in the telecom and/or solar industry.
Proven experience managing field crews and subcontractors in active construction environments.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in project scheduling, procurement, and cost control.
Solid understanding of construction means and methods, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Experience preparing estimates and quoting projects using bills of materials (BOMs).
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective problem-solver with the ability to adapt in fast-paced, changing project environments.

Nice To Haves

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage construction projects end-to-end, from pre-construction planning through final completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and cash flow tracking.
Proactively identify project risks, schedule impacts, and cost variances; implement corrective action plans as needed.
Monitor project performance using key metrics and provide accurate, timely status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Serve as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring clear communication regarding progress, milestones, changes, and expectations.
Oversee procurement activities, including material takeoffs, bill of materials (BOM), equipment sourcing, and delivery coordination.
Ensure full compliance with safety standards, permitting requirements, company policies, and industry regulations.
Lead project meetings, fostering accountability, collaboration, and productive problem-solving across all teams.
