We're partnering with an established property restoration and reconstruction company in the Flowood/Jackson area to hire a Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects following property damage. This is a true cradle-to-grave project management role. You'll own projects of all sizes - from a $5,000 residential repair to a significant commercial or large-loss reconstruction - and be responsible for keeping the customer, subcontractors, schedule, budget, and project moving forward. If you know construction, we can teach you restoration. Experience in insurance restoration is valuable, but we're equally interested in strong construction professionals who understand how to manage trades, schedules, budgets, customers, and job sites. This role is different from some construction PM positions. You own your projects. This is not a role where a dedicated superintendent is assigned to each project while you manage everything from the office. You'll personally coordinate your subcontractors, visit your job sites, monitor progress, communicate with customers, solve problems, and drive the project to completion. You'll also manage projects of every size. Large-loss experience is valuable, but the right person doesn't need a large project to stay engaged. A $5,000 repair deserves the same ownership and customer experience as a $500,000 reconstruction. This is also a subcontractor-driven model. You should come with an established network of reliable local tradespeople who are willing to take on both smaller repairs and larger reconstruction projects. If you're someone who says, "It's my project—I'll figure out what needs to happen and get it done," you'll likely thrive here. Property restoration is different from traditional construction. Customers aren't always choosing to renovate or build—they may be recovering from a fire, flood, storm, or another unexpected event. That means great project management matters. You'll have the opportunity to combine your construction knowledge with strong customer relationships while helping homeowners and businesses put their properties back together. You'll also join an established organization where there is plenty of work, variety in your projects, and an opportunity to directly impact the success of the reconstruction operation. If you're looking for a Construction Project Manager opportunity in the Jackson/Flowood area where you can own your projects, work in the field, and use your construction experience to make a tangible impact, we'd love to hear from you.
