About The Position

The Construction Project Manager internship will be located on-site in Janesville, Wisconsin. This internship is part of The State Group's Future Leaders Program, designed for individuals who aspire to lead with integrity, embrace new challenges, and believe in safety without compromise. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a college diploma or university degree in Construction Management.
  • Completion of at least one year of post-secondary education.
  • A strong desire to learn, contribute, and grow in a professional environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to follow directions, manage priorities, and take initiative.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across the organization while gaining insight into how our business operates.
  • Assist with research, analysis, planning, documentation, reporting, and other responsibilities related to your area of study.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas, updates, and solutions.
  • Build practical skills through hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Network with other interns and participate in a collaborative Capstone Project.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
